Payments, cancellation policy and scheduling appointments:
- Sessions take place by conference call, Facetime, Skype or in person. We'll use my conference line which offers free local access in many countries throughout the world.
- I suggest that you call in from a place that is quiet, private, and comfortable, using a hands-free headset for the call.
- Purchases are non-refundable.
- Payment must be made in advance or at the time of our appointment.
- Phone session appointments are available from 9 a.m. to 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Those scheduling appointments from Europe, Asia, New Zealand or Australia should let me know where you're calling from and we’ll find a time that works for both of us.
- If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours (2 days) before our appointment.
- Missed appointments and late cancellations will not be rescheduled or refunded.
